- Customers must notify us of any underground utilities, septic tanks, or other hazards before work begins.
- Aadams Tree Service is not responsible for damages to unmarked underground utilities or structures.
5. Property Access
- The customer must provide clear access to the work area before service begins.
- If access is restricted or obstructed, additional charges may apply for delays or equipment repositioning.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.
7. Service Warranty

- No warranties are provided for damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, or unforeseen events.
